Today we talked with Mr. Earnest Harris; Mr. Harris is a movie director and producer, screenwriter, author of magazines, a writer, a book editor and an entrepreneur.  He talked about his most favorite topic:  he addressed the importance of going after your dreams and living with no regrets, as well as dealing with all the negative things and people that try to stop you from doing just that. Mr. Harris just released his new book title “Never settle Again” now in stores and online via lulu, Barnes and Noble and Amazon. We concluded our show with an inspirational quote as usual.

Today’s topic was naturopathy approach to cooking healthy meals. We had two guests:  Chef Tiffany Henderson and Dr of naturopathy Dawn Gardner. Both ladies are from Georgia and they had great insight about keeping your mind and body healthy when you have high family demands. Dawn guided us in understanding naturopathy and how it relates to nutrition. Hence Tiffany provided listeners with information about how to go by cooking healthy meals and healing your body and mind.

Today was Inspiring first show and we had two guests Florette Dihewou who is a Florette Dihewou. Florette is a nurse and a resident of Boston Massachusetts. She provided her perspective about the importance of disease education in childhood and why parents need to teach kids about diseases. Then we had Tiffany Henderson who is a Personal Chef and a mother and she was able to bring her knowledge about why it is important to teach children about health matter. As the show progressed we touch based on teen and sexuality and the importance of parental reinforcement. We were able to end the show with a quote from the serenity prayer. We also were able to announce our new magazine Launch due to debut March 26th here in Worcester, MA.
