Monique Loré Stinson is a Native Angeleno, two-time Daytime Emmy Award-winning producer, documentary filmmaker, entrepreneur, media strategist, and startup advocate. She is the Founder and CEO of Cap Aquarius Media, Latchkey Kid Films, The Wine Caterers, Silicon Beach Coffee Co., and Swag & Sponsors, where she connects brands, creators, entrepreneurs, and entertainment through strategic partnerships, media production, and experiential marketing.
Monique launched her entertainment career in 2000 in reality television casting, working as a casting recruiter on Love Her or Lose Her alongside longtime colleague Sam Rhima. She later collaborated with renowned casting directors Jacqui Pitman and Kalissa Miller on MTV favorites including Dismissed and Next, before transitioning into television production. Her work ultimately earned her two Daytime Emmy Awards as part of the production team for Christina's Court.
In 2018, a chance encounter in a Las Vegas airport with James Rideout, the uncle of Jacqueline Salyers, changed the course of her career. Inspired by the #Justice4Jackie movement, Monique began producing documentaries focused on resilience, humanity, and the stories often overlooked by mainstream media.
When the COVID-19 pandemic brought the entertainment industry to a standstill, Monique chose to document history instead of waiting for it to pass. She traveled to more than 20 cities across the United States in 2020 and later to over 40 countries, creating what became one of the first independently produced documentary trilogies chronicling the global pandemic from a grassroots perspective. Her trilogy includes The Pandemic Project Documentary, The Pandemic Film, and The Endemic Project Documentary. The trailer for The Pandemic Project Documentary has earned multiple international awards and nominations, and the film continues to reach audiences through streaming and film festivals worldwide.
Beyond filmmaking, Monique is recognized for building platforms that help entrepreneurs and emerging brands gain visibility. Through Cap Aquarius Media and Swag & Sponsors, she has developed celebrity gifting lounges, brand placement campaigns, influencer partnerships, and media opportunities surrounding Awards Season, Sundance Week, and other high-profile entertainment industry activations.
This September, Monique celebrates seven years as the host of The Start-Up with Monique Loré on LA Talk Radio, where she has interviewed more than 300 entrepreneurs, founders, bestselling authors, filmmakers, investors, and innovators. Her conversations focus on entrepreneurship, leadership, resilience, and the realities of building businesses from the ground up, making the program a respected platform for emerging and established business leaders alike.
Monique also attended Pepperdine University's Graziadio Business School, strengthening her background in entrepreneurship, business strategy, and leadership. In the summer of 2026, she was awarded an Honorary Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Humanities and Philosophy by United Graduate College and Seminary International in recognition of her contributions to media, entrepreneurship, education, and community leadership.
Today, Monique continues to expand her work across television, film, podcasts, live events, and branded media while championing independent creators, entrepreneurs, and mission-driven organizations.
