Ric Franzi

Ric Franzi is Co-Owner of Executive Forums Orange County.  Ric was born near Pittsburgh, PA and has lived in the Los Angeles Area since 1981.  Executive Forums is the leading firm in the rapidly expanding field of advisory groups for CEOs and business owners.

Ric is the author of the popular book CRITICAL MASS: The 10 Explosive Powers of CEO PEER GROUPS. Which is the only book ever written totally dedicated to the phenomenon of how top executives can improve their decision making by participating in CEO PEER GROUPS.

Ric is a highly sought after speaker on topics of interest to CEOs and business owners.  He has been featured in the Orange County Business Journal and various talk shows for his knowledge about how CEOs can improve their organization’s performance.

As co-host of CRITICAL MASS: The Radio Show Ric brings together two of his greatest passions: educating CEOs and talk radio.  Ric has a unique interviewing style designed to help his guests feel comfortable which enables each guest to focus on answering Ric’s questions in a conversational and relaxed environment.

Doug Gfeller

Douglas Gfeller is Co-Owner of Executive Forums Orange County and a Master Certified Coach. Doug has been facilitating executive forums and coaching CEO’s and their direct reports for the last 15 years in Orange County. He is a member of the International Coach Federation, Past President of the Orange County Chapter and one of the founding members of the Professional Coach and Mentors Association.

As founder and President of Gfeller Development, a residential building company, he spent over 20 years dealing with the daily issues facing a top executive. This experience and his training as a professional coach have allowed him to help other executives deal with the issues that keep them awake at nights. In addition to his coaching services, he frequently runs Strategic Planning Meetings and training seminars for his clients.

In addition to his coaching and forum facilitation, Doug is a on the Board of Directors of Storm Industries and Chairman of the Compensation Committee. As long time resident of Orange County he has also been involved with the Assessment Treatment Center, a juvenile diversion program and the Newport Harbor Art Museum.

As co-host of CRITICAL MASS: The Radio Show Doug uses both his business experience and his coaching background to dig deeper than the usual surface issues with his guests and to help them develop new perspectives on common management problems.
