Sam in the Morning
Sam |

"What do I say about myself on my own website?
Wait, I could say anything I want: it's MY website!
For the sake of good radio I won't tell you my entire life story
here. I prefer you discover who I am and what I'm about on the air.
Rather than tell you, I'll show you.
Let me tell you where I'm at in my life right now: I'm in heaven.
I liken what I feel to an extended orgasm.
I find my joy in my two beautiful kids, now teenagers, and my incredible
wife, both of whom have grounded me and allowed me to move on to
bigger things. There is no better emotion than love, and family
helps you experience that emotion.
I love music and have been a musician all my life, albeit never
a professional one. That was due to my parents' insisting that I
get a "real job." But you can't stifle a passion.
Even more than music, however, what drives me is an insatiable
curiosity to know and do everything. And then pass on what I have
learned to other people. Does that sound like someone who ought
to be on radio?"
