Hi my name is Garth Gunderson I’m an actor and singer / songwriter originally from Honolulu, Hawaii but I grew up in Jacksonville, FL! Go Jags! My step dad was a big classic and glam rock guy and showed me all these bands when I was a kid like Led Zeppelin, Ratt, Motley Crue, Poison, Def Leppard, and so forth and then when my high school girlfriend broke up with me I experienced my first heart break so my mom got me a ukulele and I just learned on YouTube from there. My style or sound is all over the place, I like so many colors and flavors of things. I would say I’m like an Indie Folk Artist, I like soul music and music that comes from within. I’ve done a deep dive on Jeff Buckley and Radiohead, I’m a huge Alice In Chains fan and I also love Chris Cornell and the whole grunge era.
