Born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Uri developed a passion for music at a young age, starting out as a guitarist playing in local bands. He later decided to pursue his musical ambitions by moving to Los Angeles, where he attended Musicians Institute and graduated with honors. Today, Uri operates his own recording studio, VooDoo Doll Productions. Located in the grounds of the Groove Tubes® factory in San Fernando, CA, this is a unique recording studio built and designed by Aspen Pittman, founder of GT. This state-of-the-art facility houses an impressive and unique collection of vintage gear, amps, mics, and instruments that are used by independent musicians and artists from around the world. The live room is huge and ideal for making your drums sound bigger than life while also allowing you to record live to capture the right vibe for your songs. The spacious vocal booth is meticulously treated to ensure clear vocals every time, and the cozy control room is the ideal location to fine-tune your mix with accuracy.
