Olivia Alexander has an uncanny ability to not only hear opportunity before it knocks, but to act on it. As the founder and CEO of The Crystal Cult, she saw the need for fashion-forward cannabis accessories, eyewear and vaporizers and turned it into a million-dollar cannabis brand long before cannabis was in fashion.
She followed that with the successful launch of multiple cannabis ventures. She is the COO and co-founder of The Third Eye Agency, one of the most influential marketing agencies serving the cannabis community, whose clients have included Bhang Chocolate, Northern Emeralds, and MerryJane’s breakout personality, Mama Sailene.
With more than two and a half million Instagram followers, she has successfully launched the #1 cannabis keyboard in the world WEEDMOJI. She has gracefully straddled the cannabis, technology and fashion communities. Her work has been featured in Cosmopolitan.com, LIVE! with Michael and Kelley, The New York Times, MTV.com, Fortune, and Jezebel.
Most recently, Alexander has launched The Crystal Cult’s sister cannabis brand, Kush Queen. Inspired by The Crystal Cult and her Instagram community @TheKushQueens, Alexander continues to disrupt the male-dominated cannabis industry with the unapologetically female Kush Queen brand. Her inventive “Lit Kit” has the cannabis industry buzzing.
She is also president of ElevateLA, a nonprofit dedicated to the growth of cannabis education, normalization, and the cannabis industry as a whole. Before becoming an entrepreneur, Alexander spent over 20 years as a working actress and dancer in Los Angeles, appearing in commercial, TV, film, and print. She remains an outspoken activist on her social channels, where she defies the millennial stereotype and shows the world an intelligent, passionate voice.
