Mark Mallery

Mark Mallery  is on a quest to serve others.  Born in Northern California July 13, 1962.  He has been spiritually aware from his early twenties but has struggled with what to do with that feeling and how to use it to ease some of the suffering in the world.

Mark understands that until he “gets it” he can’t really have the the impact to help others that he so wants.  That is what “Navigation” is all about…

Figuring out together why we are here and what it all means.  Learning the benefits of Meditation, Affirmations, Visualizing, Positive Thought, Diet-Exercise, Appreciation, Study, and Relaxing.  All of this simply to enjoy our time on Earth.
