-The Greek word for Priesthood is Hierateuma meaning or explicitly referencing the access that we(Christians) have to God and offer not external but spiritual sacrifices; one of priestly rank were exalted to a moral rank and freedom which exempted them from control of everyone but God and Christ -(The Greek word for nation is eth'-nos, "where we get ethnic from" which was a term, used specifically for tribes or races that were non-Jews.)
- the word "holy" (hagios) means separated, set apart, and different for God.  So we could say that we are foreigners set aside for a specific propose; John 15:19 If ye were of the world, the world would love his own:
but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.
- "peculiar/special people,". The Greek means "a people for God's own possession." Possession has the idea of provision, protection, and security

When you are the possession of God, there is a re-positioning in the kingdom of God!

2.  There is a new self-awareness
-Once you become aware of the Christ within you, you become more than a Christian but a Christ!

(Ref. Psalm 24:1-2, Psalm 89:11-12a, 1 Chronicles 29:11-12) b).  Don't be deceived by the voice of the devil because the man was so focused on pursuing provision, that he could not acknowledge the provider!
2.  Invest in the kingdom of God-  rd v.20-21(permanent position, temporary provision)

a).  It's dangerous to accumulate wealth to only enrich yourself with no concern for helping others, we will enter heaven empty-handed (Mt 6:20,33)
Once we are aware of our identity, we will flow into prosperity!

c).  Our inheritance is never in the substance(money etc) but it's in the source(God).  The gifting of God which He deposited within us becomes our inheritance to obtain our substance for building the Kingdom of God.(Our wealth comes from within when withdrawing what God deposited at creation)

Philippians 4:11-Means that you have a correct view of your future while being content with the present. 2.  Don't become greedy- rd v4
Greed is defined as wanting something in excess of what God has already provided!
3.  Don't covet- rd v5-9
What does it mean to covet something?  Coveting is the act of pondering what you believed you've lost when you have actually gained; It is the rejection of God's sufficiency (reference 2 Corinthians 12:9a..) Israel was controlled by materiality instead of the providentially sufficient God THEY ACTED AS IF WHERE THEY CAME FROM WAS BETTER THAN WHERE THEY WERE GOING(The Promised Land!)

If you are dissatisfied in any area of your life, it means that you may be dissatisfied with God.  If so, develop a closer relationship with God through meditating and applying Proverbs 3:5-6, Philippians 4:6-9,11,13, & 19

For a heart to function properly, it is important that there are no forms of blockages.  Any form of blockage to the heart stops the normal flow of blood and oxygen to the heart, resulting in an imbalance of the respiratory and circulatory system.  Just as there can be a physical imbalance, there can also be a spiritual imbalance that blocks the flow of the spirit of God.
